Initiate Authorization

Contact our logistics team at [email protected] with your order number and specific batch details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Shipment

Securely pack the unused components in their original master cartons, ensuring all internal protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

Dispatch for Inspection

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the pallet or carton and ship the items to our quality control center via your preferred carrier.

Quality Audit & Refund

Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned stock, we will process your refund or credit your account within 7-10 business days.
